We strive to display the colors and images of our products in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your monitor will be accurate.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
4. SHIPPING
The estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.
5. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product.
5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE
- Refund (only applies to warranty cases and right of withdrawal/retraction):
- Via bank transfer (savings account, checking account, etc.): Processed approximately within five business days of receiving the product back at our warehouse.
- Via payment reversal: Fifteen business days after receiving the product at our warehouse. This reversal is processed by and at the discretion of your bank; any inquiries regarding this matter should be directed to them.
- Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original. Any applicable price difference will be provided as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If the item is not available for exchange, the value of the product(s) will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase.
- Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of issuance).
- Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original. Any applicable price difference will be provided as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If the item is not available for exchange, the value of the product(s) will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase.
- Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted if the product was damaged during shipping.
- Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of issuance).
5.2 PRODUCT CONDITION FOR RETURN
The product must be returned in optimal condition, with no signs of use, with its original tags. If the tags were removed, they must be placed inside the packaging. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will verify its condition. Based on the results, we will send you a new product or issue you a coupon for a new purchase.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will be used solely to process your order and improve your shopping experience.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
